Our Kindergarten students enjoyed being together for their first excursion to Calmsley Hill City Farm.
The students got to experience different aspects of life on a farm and meeting the different animals that live there.
The children met many farm animals as well as our native animals such as koalas, kangaroos and wombats. They got to participate in milking cows, whip cracking and watching a sheep sheering show, along with a tractor ride around the entire farm.
The hands on element of this excursion was a real highlight for many of the children!
As their teachers we were so delighted to see our students being so involved and trying new experiences, listening and participating throughout the entire day.
We had a wonderful day out!

Beautifully led by Br Anthony and Br Nicholas our primary students embarked on a profoundly moving spiritual pilgrimage through contemplation of the Passion of Christ. This sacred experience allowed for reflection and a deeper understanding of Jesus Christ on the day of his crucifixion.
