On Wednesday evening we gathered as a community to celebrate our school Christmas Concert.
The children had an amazing night, filled with singing and dancing and this was evident by the smiles on their faces while they were on stage.
Each grade had the opportunity to perform a piece on the night.The first part of the story was the telling of the Birth of Christ with the children building up the nativity scene. The children were so graceful in their actions and words, beautifully reenacting our holy Christmas Story.
The second part of our evening was a real celebration of Christmas, filled with singing of Christmas songs, dancing and rejoicing!

Last night our community spirit truly shone! ✨ We shared an incredible evening filled with a delicious BBQ, lively bush dancing, impressive whip cracking, and plenty of laughter. It was a fun, family-friendly event that perfectly captured what makes our community so special 🤠 Thank you BlackBerry Jam Bush Band, who travelled from Melbourne to bring authentic country tunes to Dundas Valley 👨🌾

Yesterday we joyfully celebrated the feast day of St Bernadette, our patron saint. The day began with a whole school mass where St Bernadette awards were awarded. After that, students spent some time in class reflecting on the inspiring story of St Bernadette and her unwavering devotion to the Lord. We spent the afternoon building community spirit with teachers vs student netball game, celebrity heads and practice for our bush dance. It was a truly uplifting day of reflection and fun!

Today our Faith In Action leaders visited Ronald McDonald House at Westmead. Today's visit was to empower our students with knowledge about the incredible work the house does to uplift and support sick kids and their families. We are extremely excited to announce that we will participate in Dance For Sick Kids in Week 4. Raising awareness and funds for this remarkable place.
