We danced and waved our way around the cola in our Book Parade on Thursday morning.
We saw so many different characters from all the wonderful variety of books available for us to enjoy. Thank you to everyone for your amazing efforts and details with your costumes, it was a wonderful day being surrounded by so many book characters.
Thank you to all the parents and friends who were able to join us for our parade and open classrooms.

Nagle College Launches New STEM Scholarship for Future Innovators
Nagle College Blacktown has announced the launch of the “Christine Howe STEM Academic Scholarship”, a new opportunity designed to support and inspire young women passionate about STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Students enrolling in Year 7 from 2026 are eligible to apply for the scholarship, which reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to excellence in learning within a supportive Catholic community.

Today we celebrated a huge success in raising awareness for Socktober and took part in a fun soccer shootout using sock balls, all while learning about the vital needs of Zambia and how we can make a tangible difference. Students were empowered to become global citizens, and donations can still be made via QKR. Thank you for your incredible support! The crazy socks added a fantastic touch to our event !!!

On Tuesday, students will participate in Socktober, an initiative by Catholic Mission that will support Zambia with much needed medical supplies. Year 4 students have created sockballs for a soccer shootout, teaching everyone about the value of lending a helping hand. Please consider making a donation through QKR to support this amazing cause! Thank you Bede Polding for hosting Kindergarten today for their excursion to your amazing school! They had a wonderful time learning about living things through the hands on experiences you provided.
